2. Non-Profit Status STRONG FARMERS is a registered non-profit association under Swiss law. We do not pursue commercial or self-serving purposes.
3. Donation Processing Donations are processed via Stripe and Donorbox. By donating, you agree to the terms of the respective payment provider.
4. Use of Funds All donations are used exclusively to advance the mission of STRONG FARMERS: supporting smallholder farming communities globally through knowledge, network, and voice.
5. Tax Deductibility STRONG FARMERS is a Swiss non-profit association. Tax deductibility of donations depends on the donor's country of residence and applicable tax law. We recommend consulting your local tax advisor.
6. Refund Policy Donations are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days to hello@strongfarmers.org.
